ACHD’s Annual Budget or spending plan prioritizes our resources to operate, maintain, and enhance Ada County's network of roads, bridges and intersections. A large percentage of the yearly budget is for capital projects, the needed road, intersection, bike, pedestrian and brigde improvements that will make it easier and safer for people to travel the county.
