Our TellUs form is monitored during regular business hours (8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, except designated holidays). The Ada County Sheriff’s Dispatch has specialists that are available for time sensitive non-emergency services.If you need assistance or need to report an urgent issue outside of normal business hours, please call the non-emergency number at 208-377-6790.

What issues are considered time sensitive?

  •   Traffic lights in flashing mode
  •   Traffic lights dark
  •   Signals or Stop Signs missing, turned, knocked down, hanging or severely damaged
  •   Overhead street signs loosely hanging
  •   Downed trees or other large obstructions in the roadway
  •   Flooding issues
  •   Spills and large rocks on the roadway

The ACHD Reporter smartphone app is a way for the public to interact with ACHD concerning problems or issues on roadways in Ada County. The application is compatible with both Android and iPhone devices and may be downloaded for free from the Android Playstore and iTunes, respectively or scan the appropriate QR code below to download the app to your phone.
