Residents Invited to Weigh in on Integrated Five-Year Work Plan

ADA COUNTY- The Ada County Highway District is looking for public input on which projects to pursue over the next five years. The comment period for the 2024-28 Integrated Five-Year Work Plan (IFYWP) is now open.
This is a chance for residents to tell ACHD where they would like to see projects, including roadway improvements, bicycle routes, sidewalk additions, intersection improvements and more.
The IFYWP is a planning document that helps determine the projects and priorities ACHD will pursue in the next five years. The first two years of the plan align with ACHD's 2023 budget. This plan allows elected officials, staff, partner agencies, and the public to work in a coordinated fashion to implement projects.
Residents can go to ACHD's website, where they will find a map and a survey. Residents can drop pins on the map showing where they would like to see future projects, or give input by filling out the survey.
The comment period for the 2024-28 IFYWP will be open through mid-February.
