Take the Survey: Eagle Road, Lake Hazel Road to Amity Road

The Ada County Highway District is designing future improvements for Eagle Road between Lake Hazel and Amity Roads. The District reminds residents there is still time to weigh in on this upcoming project in Meridian.

The Eagle Road, Lake Hazel to Amity Project will widen Eagle Road from Lake Hazel Road to Amity Road to two lanes in each direction with a center turn lane and center medians to calm traffic. It will also include a multi-lane roundabout at the intersection of Eagle Road and Taconic Drive, and a multi-use pathway on each side of Eagle Road for bicyclists and pedestrians.

Construction is expected to begin in 2024.

Residents can learn more about the project on the project page. After learning about the proposed plans, residents are invited to provide ACHD with feedback on the project by taking a brief survey.

While feedback is always welcome, the official comment period for the project will come to a close on Thursday, April 14.

ACHD values transparency and public engagement and would like to thank the public in advance for their participation in this important public involvement process.
