In step with Governor Little's move to advance the state into Phase II of his reopening plan, the Ada County Highway District will open its lobby to the public beginning Monday, May 18th.

The agency has added protective measures to the lobbies of their offices including plexiglass barriers in the reception areas, meeting areas, and on the dais of the Commission bench. No more than ten people will be allowed in the lobby at any one time. Additional people will be asked to wait outside. Customers and staff will maintain six feet of distance, the social distancing standard, at all times. Hand sanitizing stations are available at the entrance and counters of the lobbies, as well as throughout the building. Masks will be required for those visiting ACHD campuses. People are welcome to wear their own, and disposable masks will be available at the front counter for those who need one.

More ACHD staff will be returning to the office, but many people will continue working remotely at this point.

Virtual meetings are still being encouraged whenever possible. Large group meetings including public involvement meetings and Commission meetings will continue to be held virtually for the time being.
